Quarry

With 20 years of working with quarries we have direct access to buying blocks from quarries in Brazil, India, Spain, Italy, China and more.  Each block will then be shipped to the factory to produce slabs. 

Once the block is cut it is shipped to a factory to process into slabs.  These slabs can them be shipped to USA for domestic fabrication or cut to size at the factory and shipped to the USA for new construction. 

There are multiple ways to produce slabs.  Gang saws and wire saws are used to cut Granite and Marble blocks into slabs.  Quartz slabs are produced on a quartz production line.  We use both depending on the scope of the project.  

For reposition projects we offer template fabrication and installation nationwide in the USA.  We import the slabs and cut the countertop projects from slabs on turn.  We are use to the 5-7 day turn around from template to install keeping reposition projects on time. 

We can offer cut to size projects from drawings for new construction in our overseas factory.  We ship directly to the project and install on the job site.  The advantage to this approach is cost savings for larger projects.  

Once the project is complete we do a final walk through with the contractor and property manager / owner to insure the project is complete 100% to specification.
